3. Section 1. Title
4.Saving Our Environment One Car at a Time
5. Section 2. Purposes
6. To protect the future of the United States by slowing down global warming.
7. To control a major contributors to global warming which are the cars and SUVS that
8. are running on a low miles per gallon and the major car factories that are building
9. these non-efficient cars.
10. By requiring gas stations to provide alternate fuels, by providing funding for
11. finding solutions for alternate energies, and by requiring car companies to sell
12. alternate energy cars that are affordable.
13. Section 3. Eligibility
14. The people eligible are gas station owner in the United States who agree with the
15. alternate fueling source, American car companies in the United States that want
16. to build alternate energy fueling, and scientist interested in researching alternate
17. energy fuels.
18. Section 4: Terms and Benefits
19. Major Car Companies would have to make 40% of there cars alternate fuels and
20. they would have to be cheap and affordable, they would have a tax break to make
21. cars with a higher gas mileage or alternate fuel, they would have to make these
22.cars by 2016.
23.Gas stations would get 50% to change half of their station to sell an alternate fuel
24. and they would get a 25% tax break.
25. The government would provide funding for the department of energies who want to research to find an alternate energy/ fuel for cars for the future.
